(TEPL) is a fast-growing company in the field Electronics Contract Mfg. (Electronic Manufacturing services) in Pune, INDIA (Just 150 Km away from Mumbai/ Bombay). We are in operations since the year 1986. The product and services being offered to incorporate the state-of-the-art manufacturing technology perusing Global Standards on the environment, health and safety along with the best standard of quality as the whole. The company is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified.

As the Electronic PCB Assembly Solutions of TEPL doubles its sales in the next five years and as baby boomers begin to retire, it is critical that we bring in a new generation of employees with great potential to help us deliver our many products and services to meet our customers’ needs.

The Manufacturing Internship Program seeks to help high school students explore career paths, develop marketable skills, earn academic credit and learn about the advanced manufacturing industry while giving the company a chance to identify potential future employees. Our Milestones

1986: Started a small Proprietary Firm.

Started a small Proprietary business of servicing of electronic home appliances viz. Video & Audio equipments

1989: Started business with Bajaj Auto Ltd.

Started manufacturing of self-designed Solid-state AC Flasher Assembly for M/S Bajaj Auto Ltd. for their 2 & 3 Wheelers.

1992: Acquired industrial land in MIDC Bhosari Pune

Acquisition of industrial land in prime Industrial area MIDC Bhosari with the vision of future business expansion.
Started manufacturing of self-designed Hi-Low voltage preventer cut off for domestic application.

1995: Entered into Home Appliance Electronics Manufacturing

Started manufacturing self-designed Soft Starters for washing m/c produced by IFB Industries Ltd.

1996: Got incorporated to form Thuse Elektronics P. Ltd.

By taking over all assets & liabilities of “Thuse Electronics” a new company with same business was incorporated under Indian Companies Act 1956.

2000: Import Substitute for IFB washing machine

Manufacturing of self designed indigenized & import substitute Speed Control Unit (SCU) for M/s IFB Industries Ltd., Goa for their washing Machine -Senator Model.

2002: Multiple products developed for IFB washing machines

2004: Got certified for ISO 9001:2000

2005: SMT Automation

Installed two Automatic SMT Assembly machines (TWS- Italy) & RoHS Reflow Soldering Facilities.

2007: Installed in-house EMI/EMC test facilities
