Automatic Winding Machines:

We have automatic winding machines to ensure and maintain precise winding turns and ratios.

Vacuum Impregnation Plant:

We also have Vacuum Impregnation Facility where we guarantee varnish penetration till the inner-most layer of the winding close to the bobbin. This eliminates possibilities of copper wire corrosion due to moisture entrapment.

H.V Leakage Tester:

We have check 100% transformers produced for High Voltage Leakage Test at 5 K.V.
